Nitrax is not a product of universal use. In planted aquariums, nitrate is also a nutrient. Measures first and sets a suitable target value before removing.

Do not use Nitrax automatically in conjunction with nitrogen fertilization without a measured ratio.

Place the resin in a filter bag in a good circulation area and follow the evolution with nitrate tests.

Capacity and duration depend on the initial concentration, aquarium volume and nitrate load.

Regeneration

The resin is regenerable with proper saline solution. Follow the label's instructions and rinse carefully before reusing.
