Choose GH+ if you measured low GH and accurate to increase calcium and magnesium in a controlled way.

Measure first. Do not increase GH routinely without knowing the current value and the appropriate range for the species you maintain.
How to use — Reference for 100 L
10 mL increases approximately 1 °DGH by 100 L.
Makes gradual corrections, mixes well and re-measures before repeating.
Do you also need KH?
If you measured GH and KH lows, consider the Parameter Control System, which joins GH+ + KH+.
