Shipping and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hydra Fertilizers!

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We only offer refunds for items sold at the regular price; items on sale cannot be returned.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, please email us at hydraferts@gmail.com.

Goods Not Covered (if applicable)

The following items are not covered by the return policy:

  • Plants

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or lost refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
  • If you have already done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hydraferts@gmail.com.


Shipping

    Shipping times:

    Your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after we receive payment from you. If there is any delay, you will be contacted and informed of the situation.

    Shipping:

    Shipments will be made through the Portuguese postal service, CTT - Correios de Portugal, with costs based on the price of the CTT GREEN M or L padded envelope, depending on the volume of items ordered.

    Orders can be sent via CTT VERDE NORMAL/SIMPLES or CTT VERDE REGISTRADO .

    Please ensure you have provided the correct address, as the website owner is not responsible for undelivered/returned orders due to incorrectly filled addresses.

    Shipping via CTT Verde Registered Mail is safer for the customer, and we can track the order and have proof of its whereabouts and successful delivery.

    If you choose CTT VERDE NORMAL/SIMPLES (standard/simple delivery), after the order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the delivery company, CTT - Correios de Portugal (Portuguese Post Office), to deliver the order to the address provided by the customer, and it is the customer's responsibility to receive it or pick it up at the corresponding CTT station. Therefore, the website owner is not responsible for any loss/misplacement of the order, and as such, a refund or reshipment of the missing order will not be possible, as there is no way to prove that the order was not delivered to the customer.

    The customer may, if they wish, file a complaint with CTT (the Portuguese postal service) regarding the loss or misplacement of their order.

    If you choose registered shipping , your order will be registered at the counter upon shipment and will have a tracking number provided by CTT. This is the safest way to guarantee delivery of your order. This tracking number will be sent automatically by email after shipment, or can be requested by the customer at any time.

    The website owner is not responsible for errors, delays, or delivery failures on the part of CTT (Portuguese postal service).

    For orders returned to sender (us) where there was no error on the part of the website owner that made delivery impossible, the customer must pay the shipping costs to have them reshipped.
