How it works

After application, Hydra Shine reacts with microscopic suspended particles, forming larger aggregates that are easily retained by the filter wool or mechanical filter media.

It is normal for the water to become temporarily cloudy or whitish immediately after dosing — this is the active clumping process.
Depending on the filtration efficiency, maximum results are typically visible within 12 to 24 hours .

For best results, it is recommended to use filter wool in the filter during treatment.

Standard dose:

In cases of more intense turbidity, the dose may be doubled.

Precautions for use

• In aquariums with very low pH (< 6.2), use with caution.
• In systems with KH less than 2, a slight drop in pH (not significant at the recommended dose) may occur.
• Do not dilute the product with tap water or aquarium water.
